Thirty years of building, one standard.

Mia Marcantonio began her career at a structural engineering firm in Pasadena working on hospitals and schools, then moved to an architecture firm in Newport Beach. After seven years she turned to residential construction, working for two of the largest custom home builders in Orange County.

She founded MS Custom Homes to build differently: with real attention to each client's wellbeing, and a firm commitment to finishing on budget and on time.
